On-site Registration:

Pre-registration for the Denver X-ray Conference has ended. Registration will reopen on-site at the Denver Marriott Tech Center Hotel on Sunday, August 6 through Thursday, August 10.

All on-site registrations will be conducted at the Conference Registration Desk, located on the ground floor (level
one) of the Denver Marriott Tech Center.

Registration Times:
Sunday, 6 August - 4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
Monday, 7 August - 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 8 August - 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 9 August - 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Thursday, 10 August - 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Please Note: Attendees (even those pre-registered) should check in at the Conference Registration Desk for
conference materials (name tags, Book of Abstracts, late announcements, etc.).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Coordinator. A full refund will
be issued, less a $50 processing fee, if the cancellation is received at least two weeks before the conference (Monday, 24 July 2006). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 24 July 2006.
