Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Denise Zulli, 12 Campus Blvd., Newtown Square, PA 19073-3273 U.S.A.

A full refund will be issued, less a $50 processing fee, if the cancellation is received at least two weeks before the conference (Monday, 18 July 2011).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 18 July 2011.
