How much does a booth cost?
Each booth cost $2,000 USD.

What are the dimensions of the booths?
Booths are 8’ deep x 10’ wide, with drapery (8’-high backwall and 3’-high side drapes).

Is anything included in the booth fee?
Aside from the actual booth, exhibitors receive a 7” x 44” identification sign with company name; Electronic copy of the 2012 DXC attendee list (distributed in Excel format at the conclusion of the conference); Wireless internet access in the exhibit hall; Coffee breaks & evening mixers; Waived registration fee for three exhibit personnel per booth (exhibit personnel are allowed to attend workshops and sessions).

Are tables or chairs included with my booth fee?
No, all furniture requirements must be ordered through the drayage company, Freeman Decorating.

Does DXC offer island or end-cap booths?
No, the booths at DXC are linear booths only.

Can we have live X-rays in our booths?
Although it is not recommended, exhibitors may have x-rays in booths. If you need X-rays on in your booth, you must be certified. Information regarding Colorado radiation safety regulations and requirements will be sent to you.

How do I order power for my booth?
Power requirements will be handled by the Denver Marriott Tech Center. Freeman will give you a form via their online service asking your requirements. Questions regarding the forms show should be addressed to the Engineering Department at the Denver Marriott Tech Center.

Is there a refund for cancelled booths?
Cancellations received by 1 June 2012 will receive a refund for half of the booth fee. There will be no refunds for cancelled booths after 1 June 2012.

How is booth space assigned?
Booths will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis (excluding sponsors who receive preferential booth space).

Where will the Exhibit hall be located at DXC 2012?
The exhibits will be located in the Rocky Mountain Event Center, on the ground floor of the Denver Marriott Tech Center.

What is the ceiling height in the exhibit hall?
The ceiling height in the ballroom is 24’ (to Ceiling Fixtures).

Is the exhibit hall carpeted?
Yes, the exhibit hall is carpeted.

Will there be internet access in the Exhibit hall?
Yes, there will be wireless access in the ballroom.

Will there be coffee stations located in the Exhibit hall?
Yes, there will be two coffee stations. Please refer to the floor plan for their exact locations.

What are exhibit hours?
Mon & Tues: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wed: 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Thurs: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

When is set up and tear down of exhibits?
Freeman Set Up - Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (estimated)
Exhibitor Set Up - Saturday, 5:00 pm (estimated) to 8:00 pm and Sunday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Tear Down - Thurs: 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Does DXC offer a Lead Retrieval System?
DXC does not have a lead retrieval system; however, an electronic copy of the attendee list will be distributed via email at the end of the conference.

Does DXC offer sponsorship opportunities?
Yes, various sponsorships are offered at the conference. See our sponsorship information and application form for details.

Are Exhibitors required to register for the conference?
Yes, companies are required to register their exhibit personnel before July 1 by filling out the Exhibitor Registration Form. Three exhibit personnel per booth are allowed. Exhibit personnel can attend any of the workshops & sessions. Any additional personnel must register to attend. See registration prices.

Who handles shipping to the show? How do I order furniture for my booth?
Freeman Decorating Company will handle shipping for the show. Once your application form has been received and processed, you’ll receive information regarding decorations, truck access, shipping, set-up and tear-down details. Freeman will send you this information via their online service.

Where will the Sessions, Workshops, Plenary Session and Poster Sessions be located?
Sessions and Workshops will be held in the Evergreen Ballroom, signs will be posted. The Plenary and Poster Sessions will also be held in the Evergreen Ballroom.
