Pre-registration for the 2013 Denver X-ray Conference is now closed. On-site registration will begin on Sunday, August 4 at the Conference Registration Desk, located on the Lobby Level of the Westin Westminster, outside the Westminster Ballroom. Please see registration times below.

Registration Information
Online Registration will be available through the ICDD E-Store shortly or by printing a PDF of the registration form and then faxing, emailing or mailing the form to ICDD. On-site registration will also be conducted at the conference. Please see below for registration fees and on-site registration details.

Registration Fees: Discount fees will only apply if registration form and payment are received by 1 July 2013.

Please Note: Attendees (even those pre-registered) should check in at the Conference Registration Desk for conference materials (Name tags, Book of Abstracts (distributed on USB stick), Late Announcements, etc.).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Coordinator. A full refund will be issued, less a $50 processing fee, if the cancellation is received at least two weeks before the conference (Monday, 22 July 2013). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 22 July 2013.
