GUIDELINES

Health & Safety Guidelines

The health and welfare of our conference attendees, exhibitors, and staff are of top priority. To uphold the safety of everyone at the event, the Denver X-ray Conference will follow the guidance and requirements of the CDC, State of Maryland, Montgomery County Health Department, and the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. The Denver X-ray Conference reserves the right to change these guidelines and requirements at any time and to deny entry to this event to any participant not in compliance with these guidelines.

Proof of Vaccination

All DXC conference attendees must show proof of full vaccination to enter and participate in DXC 2022 workshops, sessions, and exhibits. If, for any reason, an attendee cannot or will not be fully vaccinated at the time of the event, they will not be able to enter the event space; unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions.

All attendees must prove vaccination through CrowdPass, a HIPAA compliant service provider. All attendees will be sent a link to upload vaccination documents by 11 July 2022, three weeks prior to the start of the conference. A reminder email will be sent two weeks prior to the conference. All conference attendees must submit proof of vaccination by the 25 July. If registering onsite, please be prepared to complete the CrowdPass requirements onsite. If registering onsite, proof of vaccination must be brought to the conference.

Defining Fully Vaccinated: A person is considered fully vaccinated 14-days after their final dose of a two-dose vaccine series, such as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines or any World Health Organization-approved vaccine.

World Health Organization-approved vaccine for international participants listed below:

  • Moderna
  • Johnson & Johnson / Janssen
  • Pfizer/BioNTech
  • Oxford/AstraZeneca
  • Sinopharm
  • Covovax
  • Novavax
  • Sinovac
  • Covaxin
  • Covishield
  • CanSino
A negative COVID test or exemptions will NOT be accepted.

Masks

At this time, masks will be optional. Local guidelines will be closely monitored and our policy could change.

Onsite Guidelines

Please do not travel to or attend DXC if you are not feeling well or think you have been exposed to COVID-19.

If you become ill onsite, stay in your room and report your illness to Elizabeth Dempsey. Seek medical attention to obtain a COVID-19 test, and do not return to the event until you obtain a negative test result.

DXC reserves the right to deny entry to anyone seeking admittance or remove them from the venue should they present any COVID-19-like symptoms or refuse to follow the required guidelines.

2024 Denver X-ray Conference

DXC 2024 will take place 5 – 9 August 2024, at The Westin Westminster, Westminster, Colorado, USA.

Attendees to the World's largest X-ray conference have access to sessions on the latest advancements in XRD and XRF.
