Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. Please identify yourself as a Denver X-ray Conference attendee when booking your reservation. Reservations should be made as soon as possible since there is a limited number of rooms available at the conference rate. The special conference rate of $105 per day (plus 10.6% tax), single or double occupancy, will only be applicable before 26 June 2001, subject to availability. Please note the hotel’s cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to a one night’s cancellation fee. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be assessed the total payment for the full length of stay as originally booked, unless room is resold.Overflow Hotel:
If your reservation requests can not be accommodated by the Sheraton Steamboat Resort, please contact the conference overflow hotel, The Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel & Conference Center, 2300 Mt. Werner Circle, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. The Plenary session will also be held at the Steamboat Grand Resort on Wednesday morning, August 1.

$499 Three BedroomRates are based upon single or double occupancy and are subject to a 14.4% tax & resort fee. Also, a $1 per room, per day maid service fee will be applied.
Please note the hotel's cancellation policy: A non-refundable deposit equal to one night room charge will be assessed to each individual's credit card at time of reservation.
Students
A limited number of rooms are also available for students. Student rooms are $40 per bed, per day (plus 10.6% tax), two students per room. Please contact the Conference Coordinator, Denise Flaherty (flaherty@icdd.com), for an application to apply for student housing. No applications will be accepted after 26 June 2001.Travel Arrangements
The Denver X-ray Conference has selected Kitty Ward Travel, Inc. as the official travel agent for the conference. Kitty Ward Travel has negotiated special fares with United Airlines.
