Presentation Guidelines

Please reference the conference Program, and note the time and place in which your paper(s) will be presented.

Poster papers are to be posted 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. Authors should be present during the hours of 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Your poster should have the name and local phone number of the presenting author displayed in case someone wishes to contact you while at the conference. The two best papers in each of the XRD poster sessions, and the three best winners in the XRF Poster Session will be selected and will receive certificates by mail. The names of the winners will be posted the following morning on an announcement board near the conference registration desk.

PLEASE REMOVE YOUR POSTER IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE POSTER SESSION. ICDD is not responsible for any poster(s) left in the room.
