Deadline for Submission of Oral Presentation Abstracts has passed.If you are still interested in submitting an oral presentation abstract, please contact Steph Jennings at sjennings@icdd.com. Poster abstracts will continue to be accepted until 1 July, as space allows.

Guidelines

2. Prepare your Abstract

New for 2025 – DXC will use the Oxford Abstracts submission system. Abstract information will be entered into an online template during the submission process and generated by the conference after submission.

Abstracts will be available in the Online Program on the DXC website (unless otherwise requested during the submission process) and added to the event app.

3. Submit your Abstract

Once you have written your abstract (max 500 words) and have chosen a preferred session, click the “Submit Abstract” button below and follow these steps on the Oxford Abstracts website:

Create Account

  1. Create your account on the Oxford Abstracts website using the “Sign up to Oxford Abstracts” link at the bottom of the sign-in page.
    • If you have used Oxford Abstracts for a different conference, you can use the same login credentials.
  2. After you have filled in your login and account information, click “Sign up with email.” You can also sign in with your Google or LinkedIn login information.
  3. To activate your account, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your login. Click the “Verify Email” link in your verification email. A new window will open, and you will be redirected to the abstract submission form.

Please follow all prompts and fill in all required information. If you would like detailed instructions on each field, please click here.


Dashboard

The abstract dashboard is where you can submit an abstract or view the abstracts that you have already submitted.

The dashboard will display the conference information and your submission(s). You may edit your abstract until the deadline date. If you would like to submit another abstract, you can select “New Submission” and follow the abstract submission form prompts.

An abstract may only be presented during one session at DXC 2025. You may not submit the same abstract to present an oral presentation and a poster presentation.

Future Denver X-ray Conferences

DXC 2026 will take place 3-7 August 2026, at the Westin Chicago Lombard, Lombard, Illinois, USA.

Attendees to the World's largest X-ray conference have access to sessions on the latest advancements in XRD and XRF. Workshops are run by experts who provide training and education on many practical applications of X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction techniques for the study of materials. DXC provides a unique mixture of sessions on training, education, and applications, including state-of-the-art techniques and future developments in X-ray analysis.
