DXC Registration

There are three ways to register for the 2025 Denver X-ray Conference:

1. Online RegistrationClick on the appropriate price to register online.

By 1 July After 1 July
Full week: exhibits, workshops, sessions $775 $875
Monday & Tuesday: exhibits, workshops $725 $825
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: exhibits, sessions $725 $825
Presenter from Participating Exhibit Company $375 $400
Workshop Instructor, Session Chair, or Invited Speaker $350 $375
Student+ $325 $425
65 and older+ $400 $500
+Students and those 65 and older are required to include identification with their registration. If using the online registration system, please email a copy of your ID to Stephanie Jennings upon registration.
All registrations include access to the online conference proceedings, Volume 69, Advances in X-ray Analytics.

2. Registration Form

Please fill out the Registration Form and then email or mail the form to ICDD:

Students and those 65 and older are required to include identification with their registration

3. Register Onsite

All onsite registrations will be conducted at the Conference Registration Desk, located on the lower level of the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.  Click here for the hotel layout. When registering onsite, you will be asked to fill out an Onsite Registration Form and complete payment via credit card or cash.

A one-day Exhibit Hall-only pass will be available during Onsite Registration. The cost is $275. This will give you access to the DXC Exhibits in Grand Ballroom.

Please Note: Attendees (even those pre-registered) should check in at the Conference Registration Desk for conference materials (Nametag, Program Book, Late Announcements, etc.)

Monday, 4 August 8:00 am–3:00 pm
Tuesday, 5 August 8:00 am–3:00 pm
Wednesday, 6 August 8:00 am–2:00 pm
Thursday, 7 August 8:00 am–2:00 pm

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your Denver X-ray Conference registration must be submitted in writing to Stephanie Jennings, email: sjennings@icdd.com. A full refund will be issued, less a $50 processing fee, if the cancellation is received at least two weeks before the conference (Monday, 21 July 2025). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 21 July 2025. Contact ICDD’s Conference Services Department for any additional information: email dxc@icdd.com or phone: 610.325.9814.

Future Denver X-ray Conferences

DXC 2026 will take place 3-7 August 2026, at the Westin Chicago Lombard, Lombard, Illinois, USA.

Attendees to the World's largest X-ray conference have access to sessions on the latest advancements in XRD and XRF. Workshops are run by experts who provide training and education on many practical applications of X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction techniques for the study of materials. DXC provides a unique mixture of sessions on training, education, and applications, including state-of-the-art techniques and future developments in X-ray analysis.
