49th Annual (2000) DXC > Accommodations and Travel HOTEL The 2000 Denver X-ray Conference™ will be held 31 July–4 August at the  Denver Marriott Tech Center Hotel 4900 S. Please identify yourself as a Denver X-ray Conference™ attendee when booking your reservation. Reservations should be made as soon as possible since there is a limited number of rooms available at the conference rate. The special conference rate of $104 per day (plus 11.8% tax) for single, double, triple or quadruple occupancy will only be applicable before 6 July 2000, subject to availability. Please note the hotel’s cancellation policy: Individual room reservations may be canceled or changed until 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival with no charge. Any reservations that are not cancelled (and the guest fails to arrive at the hotel) will be subject to a charge of one night’s room and tax charge. STUDENTS A limited number of rooms are also available for students. Student rooms are $25 per bed, per day (plus 11.8% tax). Two students per room.
